Construction Student Chapters
The Construction Management Association of America (CMAA)
The Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) is an industry association dedicated to the practice of professional construction management. The CMAA Student Chapter provides an opportunity for students who are interested in construction management to participate in activities and events on campus with fellow students and local industry professionals, with the Metro NY/NJ Chapter, and at national events. In addition to joining the Student Chapter, students may join CMAA as an Academic Individual Member (www.cmaanet.org).

Associated General Contractors (AGC)
AGC is the largest and oldest national construction associations in the United States. Operating in partnership with its nationwide network of Chapters, AGC provides a full range of services satisfying the needs and concerns of its members, thereby improving the quality of construction and protecting the public interest.
AGC NYU Chapter will reach out to the state organization and our existing professional network to recruit companies to participate in a career fair here at NYU Tandon. The fair will be facilitated through the collaboration of the civil/construction management clubs here on campus, including ASCE and CMAA. This program is aimed to help secure careers and internships for undergraduate and graduate students at NYU and possibly outside schools that also have AGC, CMAA, and ASCE student-run.
