Resources for Employers

Employers may schedule coffee chats (informal discussions between employer representative(s) and our students), which typically take place in the early fall and early spring. Coffee chats typically take place at the NYU Tandon campus. Info sessions take place throughout the academic year.

Employers may schedule Tech talks and Fireside Chats throughout the academic year. These events are a great way to create awareness of your organization as an employer of choice and to informally meet with our students.

Employers interested in scheduling on-campus/virtual interviews with students they have pre-selected. Our office coordinates the promotion of jobs/internships and the selection/scheduling with employers. This is recommended for employers who have a number of internship/job opportunities. Employers and their representatives are assigned a “booth”, students are provided with a link to virtually line up to meet with employers for up to 10 minutes. Conversations take place through a chat box and students share their resumes, can ask questions, and provide answers to the recruiter(s).

Our office organizes two large career fairs (fall & spring) as well as a diversity recruitment session. Employers who are interested in meeting with students to discuss internship/job opportunities are encouraged to sign up early as these events fill up early. All NYU Tandon students (undergrad & grad students from all majors) are invited to attend.

Our career fairs are FREE to employers.
