Dr. Martin is a Senior Engineer at Exponent in their New York office. He has expertise in investigating structural failures, multi-hazard risk analysis, and design and optimization of earthquake-resistant structural systems. Dr. Martin completed his Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering (2020) as well as an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering (2016) at Stanford University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and in Mathematics at Johns Hopkins University (2014). He is licensed to practice Civil Engineering in California.
