Mark Mishken received a B.A. from NYU and a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee. He was Manager of Evaluation and Worforce Analysis for the New York State Court System where he was responsible for the data and analysis of the 22,000 employees . He was also responsible for the performance management program and other HR matters. Concurrent with his work there he consulted with private sector financial institutions and pharamceutical-consumer product companies in the employee selection, management development and organizational development spheres. He has taught organizational behavior,staffing ,and analytics based courses. He has published articles in test review and conference books, as well as presenting at both national and international conferences
