Josephine Watson is an Administrative Manager at NYU Tandon, Office of Student Life and Services. Josephine leads the strategic planning and execution of events aimed to foster community and showcase student and faculty research at NYU Tandon while committing to DEI efforts in programming. She also works closely with Associate Dean Rose to ensure Administrative efficiency in the Office of Student Life and Services. Josephine is passionate about creating worthwhile experiences that aid in students' development throughout their college careers that will prepare them to become inspirational leaders in the future.
Josephine earned her Master of Science in Nonprofit Management at Columbia University where she studied leadership and research on nonprofits and philanthropy grounded in equity and inclusion considerations, which are crucial to the communities we serve. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Long Island University where she studied a variety of disciplines, including marketing, communications and management, as well specific skills, such as representation, administration, branding, event planning, and public relations. Josephine also serves as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
