Rose arrived at NYU in August 2014 after working as Assistant Dean/Director of Student Development and Activities at Marymount Manhattan College for almost ten years. In this role, she also served as the college's Diversity Officer. Rose is responsible for diversity and social justice initiatives at Tandon as well as some of the large-scale programs. Rose also held the title of Chief Inclusivity Officer from 2020-23. She also handles the processes for Tuition Refund Requests and Dean's Exceptions and participates in the MLK Week University-wide Committee. Rose is a graduate of both the NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development and Saint Peter's University. Rose lives in NJ with her family and loves traveling, reading, movies, and Rocky Road ice cream. She is a 2nd-degree black belt, so proceed with caution and chocolate.
