Computer Graphics and Visualization: big data analysis and visualization, out-of-core graphics and scientific visualization, isosurface extraction, surface simplification and view-dependent rendering, volume simplification, graphics compression, volume rendering, computational topology and topology-driven visualization, robot motion planning.
